Sam helped me with my car diagnostics, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely eager to assist, even though the service was free. His kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It’s refreshing to meet someone who takes the time to help others with such a positive attitude. Thank you so much, Sam, for your excellent service and kindness.

The team member who helped me was so good at his job and he was so nice. He recommend me with a right product and he even went outside to my car to check if it was working. It was 96 degrees outside today. He answered all My questions and he was so knowledgeable. Thank you Samuel!

Have had a good experience here before but couldn’t have had worst customer service in 120 seconds than I had with Alex. Could tell he did not want to be there.
