  I cannot say enough good things about Eddie at this location. I went in on a rainy day thinking replacing the main battery in my Jeep was going to fix the issue I was having. Eddie, and his co-worker Alex, spent a good hour to hour and a half figuring out what the problem was, walking me through their thought process, and reassuring me the whole time while working in the rain. In the end, my issue was the AUX battery (which they tested and installed for me). Advance Auto should give these gentlemen a raise for the 5-star customer service they provide.

  Keri was outstanding with helping my father and I to get a set of rotors for his car. I usually order on line and that day I did not. Keri asked if I had the app and that if I did, there were coupons on line that we could use to save money. I ordered the rotors while standing at the counter and Keri showed me the part numbers which made it a lot faster and easier to order. I definitely will be returning to this store again. Thank you Keri.

  I've always been happy with these guys. There's a big tall black guy that's worked there for years. Eddie. He is top-notch. He is cordial to customers and always offers great advice for whatever I'm working on. However, have recently higher this Mexican guy named Alex. He thinks everyone's name is boss man and he's very condescending. I would give these guys five stars if it weren't for this guy. But I seem to get him every time I go in there lately. I'm about to change stores.

  Called and Eddie was able to help me out a lot with questions around shocks. Appreciate their help and when I called in and picked up the items I needed today for my truck Sam was very helpful!

  Found the battery I was looking for online, store pickup available. When in with part number, stood and waited for 25 minutes while the employees searched for the battery. Told me it must have been a mistake online, offered 10% off the higher model. Another ten minutes waiting for his manager to approve the discount. Informed by the employee his manager would not approve the discount. Shameful.
