I put a 50-pound box that got lost during shipping to Miami. I know it's not my fault, but the way they have helped me to find the box has been poor in attention and response to my request. The manager is never available to assist me, and the workers are clueless. This happened on August 20, 2026. They have never contacted me to try to solve my problem. They want to give me $100 for something worth much more, and they haven't even responded to that.

I am so thankful for the 2 ladies that helped me today. They went above and beyond to help me with packaging. I was in and out of there. The best UPS in the upstate. I have always had good service here.

Best UPS Store in the Greenville area. Staff knows what they're doing and they care and they remember repeat customers. They do a grear job under pressure when a line is backed up through the door and they do a great job when it's just you and them. Professional polite courteous.. what more could you ask for? It's the only UPS Store I trust
