  Lexi and Helen took care of me tonight with a tolerance and kindness that some might wouldn't have under the close-to-close walk-in scenario. Thank you both for letting me catch a sub for the night! It helped a set of parents with a struggling teething toddler at home who weren't able to put together the dinner they planned to cook... 🙂 Looking forward to these 🙏🏼

  "I spent $42.00 on two adult meals and one kids meal, and it felt like the staff didn't want customers there at all.While the food itself looked fresh and the overall restaurant was clean and tidy, the service was completely unacceptable. The cashier had zero personality and acted like we were a massive inconvenience just for being there. She had absolutely no patience with us. It got so uncomfortable that the manager had to step in and tell her to just handle the register while she took over making the food.Unfortunately, the manager was just as bad. She proceeded to fix our sandwiches by rudely throwing all the ingredients together into a sloppy mess on the bread. I actually asked her if they were trying to close early because we felt so intensely rushed, and all she muttered back was 'soon.'It is incredibly frustrating to spend that much hard-earned money at a place that treats its paying guests with such disrespect. I honestly feel like this location should refund our money, or at least give it to employees who actually want to do their jobs. I will not be returning to this Subway."
