- JWJodi West1 day ago5.0I called the local UPS store inquiring about a unique sized box needed and had the pleasure of speaking to Slade. He was so helpful and genuinely listened to my request and offered possible solutions he thought would be best. I was lucky enough to get to meet him in person when bringing my return back to ship and he was equally as helpful in the store and made the entire transaction pleasant. Slade gets a 10/10 from us!!!
