  I have been going to this UPS store since I moved here 8 years ago. They helped me with so many different situations from notary, copies, important documents etc. we knew each by name. After today I will not be going back. An extremely rude women asked me as soon as I walked in with my blue card envelope, if I had Amazon stuff. “NO” I stood in line and listened to her be rude to an older gentleman. Then she came up to me several more times asking what I was doing, “I’m sending a card to my brother” she was totally out of line and rude. I am so sorry to leave, but her behavior was uncalled for.

  There's a reason why i drive further to the one on main than go to this one. I've been here around 3 times to drop off a package to ship and it will be the last. Theres a few workers there that look at you in disgust that you just ruined their entire life and the few words they speak to you come out with the most unwelcoming presence.

  Exorbitant shipping costs and poor customer service. Manager lied over phone about package pickup time. Had them pack fragile item for me and was not pleased with how it was packed. Will go elsewhere in future.
