  Very lazy, rude employees, they just point to the self service kiosk when there is just 4 of them working with no line? Uh okay. The one in Summerville by Walmart is always so nice, smiling and happy to help. This was Tuesday May 19th, 5pm.

  They are supposed to open at 8:00am, no one has been there the last few times I’ve stopped until 8:15. Ridiculous. They need more reliable employees.

  This UPS Store is very conveniently located in the Oakbrook section of Summerville. The staff are very professional and helpful. I obtained other quotes for a professional flyer to be printed and, hands-down, this store provided me a human being with excellent suggestions. Thank you to Will for your insights and recommendations! The UPS Store price was only a tiny bit higher than a local competitor - and it was well worth it since I could trust the print job on the perfect paper I needed. Will made all the different - the customer service, human touch is sorely needed across so many sectors in today's world. Keep up the good work to all team members at UPS Store #2876!
