  Had to return an Amazon package, got there 10min before closing, 3:20pm. The door was open but when I went to open it there was a young worker you grabbed the door from the inside and tried to close it on me. I didnt understand what he was doing but when he failed to close the door on me ,he told me they're close, just forgot to lock. He then said "the sign there I should've read it" I said you close in 10 min I'm just sending a package back, everything is done, but he didnt want to listen and told me "Sorry" and left in a don't care tone.

  It's friendly and clean. It needs more self service kiosks and they need to be further back so when the waiting line gets long = it's not out the door, blocking the entrance or crossing into the regular service line. OR there needs to be an item limit for the self service line...
