  Eric was extremely helpful for me today. He answered all my questions over the phone and then upon my arrival he remembered that he spoke to me on the phone and knew who I was immediately. I am handicap and move a little slower than others. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I was able to print out some very important documents and even though it was time consuming for him he was very patient with me. Thank you Eric for your wonderful customer service and for your care and concern towards my needs. Thank you UPS for setting the standards and hiring such a great person!!

  Eric at The UPS Store in Summerville on N. Main Street was super helpful this morning! He was able to print, notarize and ship an important document for me. He also made a copy of the notarized document and scanned a copy back to my email. The whole process was smooth and quick. I really appreciated his assistance!

  Ebony is absolutely amazing! My job requires alot of legal documents (from all different states) to be notarized. She knows exactly what to do every time! I have tried to get it done for free at the bank and they never notarize correctly.. it always ends up needing to be re-done. When I bring it to Ebony she knows what to do before I even need to say anything. Its worth just paying the few extra dollars to have her notarize something correctly the first time!

  UPS Store #8229 in Summerville deserves real recognition. I had a great experience today with Reya while doing an Amazon return. I didn’t even have my package taped up, and instead of trying to sell me a roll of tape like most places up north would, she simply taped it up for me with a smile. Friendly, helpful, and quick that’s genuine customer service, and I’m sincerely grateful. While I was there, I also watched Hawkeye go above and beyond for another customer who came in with a very large item she couldn’t find a box for. Instead of making her buy an expensive box and packaging, he used what she already had and made it work. In a time when so many places focus only on the bottom dollar, it was refreshing to see both Hawkeye and Reya take pride in helping people and treating customers with kindness. This store still handles business, of course, but it’s clear they value courtesy, honesty, and community just as much. Wonderful people, wonderful service. I highly recommend UPS Store #8229 to anyone who needs to ship anything they truly set the example.

  I’ve visited the new UPS Store on North Main St several times, and every experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is always welcoming, patient, and ready to help. On my most recent visit, Hawkeye assisted me, and he went above and beyond—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making things easy. Thank you for providing great service every time.
