  We needed help for my mom organizing her policies and payment platforms and Nikki was very patient and respectful. She even found her a much less expensive policy for her car. Win-win! Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but we found it here at Farnsworth.

  I had a great experience working with Phil! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process of getting my auto insurance easy and stress-free. Tanya Rhymer, an insurance CSR working for Farnsworth Allstate agency had given me tremendous, infinite help in expeditiously filling & processing a claim I had filed. With Tanya’s engaging personality, inherent insurance knowledge & “ ready-to-go attitude, damage repairs to my vehicle were completed quickly & favorably-financially ! Tanya epitomizes the ideal insurance CSR ensuring that Allstate’s slogan that as a customer you’re not only “ in good hands “ but entitled to “ accident forgiveness. “
