  I ordered a BLT, and it was extremely disappointing. The sandwich arrived dry and barely edible. I specifically requested condiments, but there wasn’t any mayonnaise at all—just a little oil and vinegar. The bacon was dried out, and the bread was hard and stale, making the entire sandwich unpleasant to eat. I ended up throwing most of it away. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I’ll be sticking with Jersey Mike’s from now on. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

  I just left the store after making an online order. Order # 1B226A3E-10. I arrive at store as they were about to make my sandwich. The guy preparing my sandwich was told something by the other guy and he stopped putting my meat on the sandwich. It’s just pepperoni and I paid $1.00 for 50% more meat. I asked the guy if that was the right amount of meat and he said yes. I get to my work and there’s ONLY 3 pieces of pepperoni! That’s ridiculous!! And my coworker and I come there three times a week! I want someone to contact me and I want some time of compensation or another sub made correctly.

  I ordered a footlong sub and had 6 little pieces of chicken. Full of Lettuce way to much sauce and hardly any meat

  The man behind the counter was rude to me I placed an order for pick up. The app did not confirm the location, so I didn’t get to choose the location I went to this store and he just told me no pick up complaining that I was wrong and he didn’t receive a pick up.
