  I just left the store after making an online order. Order # 1B226A3E-10. I arrive at store as they were about to make my sandwich. The guy preparing my sandwich was told something by the other guy and he stopped putting my meat on the sandwich. It’s just pepperoni and I paid $1.00 for 50% more meat. I asked the guy if that was the right amount of meat and he said yes. I get to my work and there’s ONLY 3 pieces of pepperoni! That’s ridiculous!! And my coworker and I come there three times a week! I want someone to contact me and I want some time of compensation or another sub made correctly.

  I ordered a footlong sub and had 6 little pieces of chicken. Full of Lettuce way to much sauce and hardly any meat

  The man behind the counter was rude to me I placed an order for pick up. The app did not confirm the location, so I didn’t get to choose the location I went to this store and he just told me no pick up complaining that I was wrong and he didn’t receive a pick up.

  I ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 had maybe 2 pieces of meat on it and it was a Philly and the other sandwich was a cold cut and had a hair in the foot !! When I called to report it I was hung up on, they were extremely rude and REFUSED to help.

  The employees were very nice, and courteous. Also may I soy there store was very clean.
