  Excellent service from start to finish! I stopped by Advance Auto Parts on Bacons Bridge Road expecting to grab a part and be on my way, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Tristen. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I needed. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s obvious that he knows his job inside and out. What impressed me most was his attitude. He was patient, respectful, and treated me like a valued customer instead of just another sale. He went out of his way to make sure every question was answered and every concern was addressed before I left. Employees like Tristen make a lasting impression and are a huge asset to any business. If you’re looking for honest advice, knowledgeable service, and someone who truly cares about helping customers, he’s the person to ask for.   If I could give Tristen 100 stars, I absolutely would! He went above and beyond to provide some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. His knowledge was incredibly impressive, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and make sure I got exactly what I needed. He never made me feel rushed and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Tristen does.
