  I am writing this review about UPS in general, not necessarily a store. I'VE add two separate issues with u. P. S. My first issue is I had ordered some automotive parts from my truck that were very expensive. The packaging was completely destroyed in parts missing. My second issue is, I had ordered some lawnmower parts that was right at a thousand dollars UPS delivered my package do the wrong address. Just so happens. These people were honest and knew that a mistake had been made and they brought me my package, but my issue is I had filed a claim against U. P s they did not take it seriously. They sent me an email and I tried to respond to it. And they immediately closed my claim. I thank UPS needs to do better than what they are doing. Destroying people's packages, losing stuff, delivering it to the wrong places. That's not good people depend on u. P. S to do their jobs as they should.

  I frequently send packages and make returns at this store. I want to recognize Ethan White at store #2841 for his customer service and compassion. He was very helpful, kind, and knowledgable. I appreciate his efficiency during this process.

  Multiple packages undelivered. Either my tracking information says delivered with no actual proof, or my packages are lost. When I creat a ticket for investigation, I wait months with no resolution. I hate when I order something and find out it is being delivered by UPS, because there is a 50/50 chance I wont get it. Thats being generous.
