  Since the new owner of this location has taken over, I have noticed seen a sunificant change, and not for the best. For years, this was a Great restaurant for fast food in the downtown area. Serving so many 8 -5 customers. Since the new owner, I have ssen a big change in staff, stopped breakfast, food not always fresh, alot of items not available due to running out, no tea due to machine broken. I would think as a Business person and Restaurant owner, you would want better for your restaurant, and continue to cater to the customers. Highly disappointed.

  I've walked out of Subway on Magnolia St. today without my lunch; due to not only my sandwich being misplace??don't ask, but at least 5 sandwiches were lined up on the counter, and none of the servers knew which sandwich belonged to which customer and the customers were backed up almost to the front door. It's always pretty slow, but today...was unacceptable. Not to mention the scene a woman came in to cause with one of the servers. I'm glad Jimmy Johns delivers.
