  I went in in July 1, 2026 around 2:45. I come every week to get my 91 year old parents a sub. They have always been nice and the sandwiches are always good. But today there was a man in there I have never seen before and he was rude from the get go. I was the only customer they had . I had a list of what they wanted on the sub and how they wanted it built. He demanded I give him the list but I told him I will tell him how to build it. He was rude about it and said this is not how they do it even though they had many times before. I walked out so they just lost a weekly repeat customer.

  Don’t know how to make sandwiches useless place and i order veggie patty and the veggie patty is missing too much toasted they don’t know how to make food

  TERRIBLE ! It was a maggot on my sub and they wouldn’t refund me the manager had a terrible attitude and wouldn’t fix my order DO NOT GO HERE

  I’m not sure if it’s the owners that now run this particular subway, but Don’t really understand why they are always so rude to the customers. I mean, aren’t the customers what keep the business running? Maybe it’s just me, but I Kinda don’t think so.Every time I come, they just look at me. Don’t ask to take the order, never thanked, and it’s not like Subway is an upscale sandwich spot. To be honest, as far as the Food, it’s a hit or miss. Today I asked for a cup of ice and was given a toddler cup with ice and no lid and the man just looks at me, then slams the window. Do better for the east side of Spartanburg!
