The customer service is garbage, can’t see how this store is still in operation. They don’t really have anything you need. You better off going to Walmart.

I've used Cricket for the past 8 years and it's platform has always been user friendly and inexpensive.

This store has the most rudest employees I have ever seen. I called the store asking questions about switching over from another carrier. The girl working which I believe was Destiny tried to charge us almost 300.00 for the iPhone se. it was only suppose to be 162.99. We went back and made the transaction bc they were the only ones that had the iPhone se in red. Destiny told us we would get 20.00 in accessories. I told her let’s do the screen protector that was 20.00. She tried to charge us for it. I told her don’t worry about it and take it off. I called back today to speaker with the manager and Destiny kept hanging up on me. I will never step foot back in this cricket store again. They need to hire better people.
