  I came in today to ask for help with my 2022 VW Atlas. My A/C stopped working and I just wanted someone to plug in an OBD scanner to tell me what the code was. That's it. The employee working was extremely lazy and unhelpful. Instead of helping, he kept stalling me with stupid questions: • "What year is it again?" I told him 2022 and he wrote down 1993. • "So what about the A/C?" like I hadn't just said it. • "Did Google tell you that?" in a condescending tone, like he was trying to make me look stupid. He was clearly dragging it out and didn't want to help at all. He kept asking same questions over and over again, wasting my time on purpose. I finally told him "you know what, thanks, never mind" and he said "wait wait, I want to help you" but it was too late. I just wanted a simple scan. If your staff doesn't want to sell or help customers, don't have them work the counter. Please note who was working today around this time on Asheville Highway, because there was no name tag. This is ridiculous. this happened on 07/25/26 around 3pm and I don’t like doing bad reviews Thank you.
