  Jonathan was fantastic! Don’t like to do this, but we stopped in right before closing on Sunday to get our battery and charging system checked out and Jonathan ran multiple tests even after the time the store was set to close and determined our issue was with our stater. We went back inside and he quoted us a price. Sure enough our mechanic agreed and we did need a new starter. We ended up purchasing it at our local advance auto in Woodruff, but just wanted to say thank you again for the time and patience! Not everyone goes above and beyond in customer service especially after hours anymore! Excellent customer service

  Jonathan Mabry was an absolute delight! I was out with my daughter servicing my 82 year old father’s vehicle. He needed new windshield wiper blades and we thought maybe a new battery. Jonathan greeted us outside as he was running some sort of test on a vehicle for another customer and already started with us as we were walking into the store. His vehicle showed 3 different size batteries and Jonathan studied our current battery and matched us with the right one. He even suggested an anti corrosion kit to help pro long the battery. He was balancing three or four different tasks at once and still managed to install the wipers and battery on my father’s vehicle in under 15 minutes! Very professional and very kind young man that made this visit such a pleasure! Advanced Auto will be our new home for any auto services moving forward with this high quality of service!   Jonathan M. was an absolute savior for my family and I today! We are not from this area and were here visiting family. On our way home noticed our battery was very weak and went to have it tested at this location. Jonathan greeted us and calmed us down assuring us that it was just our battery and not our alternator! Needless to say he picked out the correct battery and installed it all within 10 minutes and we were already back on the road! He also showed us how to honor our warranty at the Advanced stores back home even though we are from out of state! Unbelievable service that turned a disaster of a day into such a more manageable one, 10/10 would no doubt recommend to anyone! Thank you!!!!!!

  Ive been to other auto parts stores where the person behind the counter never moves and barely takes the time to look up from his phone. Not this one. The clerk was outside when i pulled up, He held the door for me and said welcome come on in the house lol. He asked if i needed help with anything, but all i needed was some oil. He walked me over and after i got what i wanted he even took the time to verify it was the correct stuff on the computer instead of just ringing me up and sending me on the way. I truly believe the guy cares and enjoys his job.
