  Today is Saturday, August 29, 2026 around 11:40 pm, I went in to place an order but I was quickly turned around by the service. The backline where the cooks were all standing seemed chaotic. There were some employees standing there engaged on their phones, none were wearing gloves, and one was touching his face and mouth area. Everyone proceeded to get ready to prepare the next order without washing their hands,🤢 This reflects a lack of training on the management part. In addition, there was one employee who had his hair hanging down, it was a lot of hair, a hairnet should have been applied. Before I left the restaurant, I mention this to the cashier. She may have told the other employees why I was leaving yet they still did not wash their hands. They were watching me as I got back into my car then they got back on their phones?! They had a lack of care for the customers as well as sanitation practices. It is very likely that I will not be returning to this location nor referring your business to others.
