  DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have been absolutely scammed by this location. We requested next day shipping (at no point in the transaction did they tell us they do not offer 'next day'). They charged us $30 more than the post office would for the same service. Our recipient still has not received the mail. Customer service has been snarky, rude & dismissive of the issue. We have a right to be frustrated for paying $60 to ship an important document that the delivery expectations have not met. Go literally anywhere else to mail anything important. Horrible experience, horrible service.

  I had several returns and 2 were oversized and quite heavy. A representative there, Tres greeted my needs with such a helping hand. His delightful assistance was greatly appreciated. I have noted in prior visits to this store, he is always helpful to the customers. Tres is quite professional, always offering exceptional service.
