  They are so fast and helpful, never rude nothing. Always have a smiling face no matter what day or time I go there. Sometimes they even open their doors 10 20 minutes before they are supposed to open and it is so helpful. The owners are always present and it makes it so noticeable. They know so many people including me by their names. They customer service skills are on point. I have never once had a problem or bad experience with them no matter what services I need.

  Please try to avoid this location. The employees are rude. I still bring a lot of boxes here because I have another house in Rock Hill, but I mostly use the one on 521. The people there are amazing. Here, they either don’t know their job or are just lazy as hell. Horrible attitude. I bring a lot of boxes most of the time. One day they tell me to put them by the window, then the next day, with attitude, they tell me to put them in the front. It’s basically whatever they feel like that day. I don’t carry a crystal ball with me to know where they want the boxes each time. They are horrible — please avoid this place at all costs.
