  Different greet for different customers. I came in this establishment I greeted an Indian gentleman and was not greeted back instead I received a finger not a give me a second or I will be with you. I felt very disrespected and if I have to come here I need to be in and out, I could have been better serviced by a robot.

  I've used this UPS Store for most of my Amazon returns, and unfortunately today's experience was enough to make me consider going elsewhere. The employee who helped me never acknowledged me when I walked in. I said hello, but he kept his back turned and never responded. When he finally addressed me, the only thing he said was that my box needed to be taped. In the past, I've never had an issue with receiving a small piece of tape to seal a package, but this time I was told I would have to purchase an entire roll of tape. Customer service goes a long way, and this employee consistently has an unfriendly disposition. On the other hand, the Black gentleman who works there and the young lady are always welcoming, professional, and pleasant. They are the reason I've continued using this location. After this experience, I'll likely start using the UPS Store on Ferguson instead. I hope management addresses the inconsistency in customer service because it makes a noticeable difference.

  Always helpful when shipping packages. Able to get in and out quickly.
