  Went to this FedEx location to return a package to Amazon and was greeted and served by a pleasant staff member with a lovely smile. I will definitely return to this location for all my shipping needs.

  I am writing this review to recognize Taliyah. During my visit, the store ran out of shipping labels and one person actually had to leave for Tega Cay to get more so that Taliyah by herself. A few people were (understandably) frustrated after waiting and realizing that certain services were unavailable. I was really impressed by how she stayed calm and patient. It’s not easy to keep your cool when people are visibly irritated, but she was kind to every single person. Taliyah is a real asset to this community and FedEx is lucky to have her. Thank you, Taliyah, for staying so grounded under pressure!

  The woman behind the counter at 11 on May 12 is absolutely rude. She asked if her email receipt was OK. I told her yes and she said then use the kiosk so I told her that I would just take a paper receipt because I had something else to ship and there was a line. She proceeds to snatch my packages off the counter walk around to the kiosk and then dropped my laptop onto the floor. Whoever she is needs to learn customer service skills

  Taliyah was very attentive and helpful even though there were 6 other customers in the store at my visit she gave everyone equal awesome attentive customer service! all with a smile, top tier! Thank you!
