  I like going there to drop off packages for shipping its quick and easy . Customer service however is 90% of the time non existent. I dont need help scanning or place the box when I'm finished but their IDGAs%&t attitude gets on my nerves. Always talking to each other instead of doing their job and if you wanted or needed help they get that face (you know what I'm saying) and act like your a problem. It's FEDEX not usps but on the other hand usps are really nice most of the time. This location needs adult supervision.

  Maria - the Assistant manager did a great job. They somehow missed my email to have 3 books made and when I came in the next day she said ok no problem. If you can wait 10 minutes I will get them printed and done right now. Even though they were quite busy and had a long line, she made it happen. Great job!

  I've shipped packages from here numerous times and ONLY once have I ever dealt with staff that seemed like they didn't hate their job and you're not interrupting them! Sad!!! 😔

  I come here from time to time but in the last 2 visits I’ve gotten no help and a lots of a bad attitude from the employe and the manager. They refused to help me with the printer because they are busy working on other orders. They yell at you like TSA agents at a very busy airport.
