  Brenda was so patient and helpful with me and my family swapping over to Cricket. She was so helpful and worked with us to get so many people swapped over, as well as keeping track of which phones were getting upgraded and which ones not. Due to our specific situation I was at this store for 3 1/2 hours (not on them, completely because of my situation) and Brenda got off her shift during that time. Before she left, she let her coworker, Emilio, know our situation and he swooped in to help us finish up the last bit. Both employees were so kind and down to earth. Even with us being there for so long, they still handled every customer that came in. Probably the best experience I have had at a phone store. Thank you, Brenda and Emilio!

  Had the most amazing experience as I came into the store I felt welcomed and was taken care of by Leslie she was very knowledgeable and took great care of me Shanda was the same both ladies are very professional and deserve a raise.

  Leslie greeted us as soon as we came in and eked if we needed any help. Once she knew what we wanted she started the transaction and it didn't take her but about 30 mins and we were out of there. She was polite, very knowledgeable and honest. Because of my last bad experience with Cricket in Lancaster SC with all the dishonesty and inconsistencies I was already aware of what was supposed to take place. She was excellent. She definitely gets a 12/10 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Please Ashe for Leslie. You won’t regret it‼️
