  Me and my husband were just here last about a week ago. We went inside. We were the only ones inside. My husband needed one thing and we headed up to the registers. 2 workers were at both registers up front. We noticed the older man who worked there was on the phone. The other cashier worker was also on the phone and had just picked it up right as we got in line. So we waited for one of them to check us out. A few minutes went by, the older man said he was on the phone with insurance and said the other guy would help us in just a minute. We said no problem. The other cashier guy was still on the phone but it was a buddy of his and they were talking about his truck projects and parts which I get, its a parts store. Minutes went by. We were the only ones there still. Both still on the phones. We felt like Greg Focker in meet the parents where he was trying to get on a plane and the lady told him to wait his turn to board. He was the only one waiting to be seated. Shes typing away ignoring him as he waits there for absolutely no reason. Me and my husband kept looking at one another as if it was a joke lol. We stood there for about 10 minutes just waiting for someone to get off the phone to check us out. I mean it was ridiculous. We had one thing and just wanted to leave. Both guys still on the phone and to make it worse the younger guy with glasses was talking to the guy who called in like they were best buddies. Literally talking about projects hes doing. Almost 10 minutes of this, so we set the thing down that we wanted to get and left.

  I love going to this store I’ve had last min car issues and I got full on assistance and out in less then 10 mins. I just went to the store before it opens and one of the workers or store managers came to my car and asked if I needed any assistance before the store opens, I told him about my minor issue of my light being out on my back break and then immediately he went inside and got me a set to replace them even though the store was closed. It was very considerate very kind and very helpful.

  Mike helped me through my bad battery issue, from finding the right replacement to installing it. Great guy and excellent professional.
