  WARNING - CARD SKIMMING. I was in the store on Sunday 9/13, and handed my phone to the lady behind the counter, so that she could see a photo of what I was looking for. Inside my phone case was my credit card. I left the store without purchasing anything. The next day I saw a transaction from the store for $7.41 on that card. I phoned them immediately to ask how this is possible and they were extremely rude, unhelpful and argumentative. I asked them to reverse the charge but they refused. I asked them to show me a receipt of what I was charged for and they said they do not keep receipts. I reported them to the police and on 9/15 the police did search the premises for card skimming devices. However they could not find any devices in the store. BE AWARE !!!

  I was the first customer in the store and asked to have my alternator tested. Instead, the employee helped three customers who came in after me while I waited. I eventually left. When I called the manager, I was told the employee had to “clear their line.” I was the line. I was there first. Rather than correct the poor service or simply pitch in to assist, management made excuses for it. My time was wasted—and you just fumbled an alternator and battery sale. Zero stars.

  I have been a customer of this store for over 15 years. They have very good prices, and the customer service has always been excellent. Their employees are always helpful and do everything they can to find what I need. I always say that companies are made by the people who work there. I highly recommend this store. In my case, I stay with businesses where I am treated well and offered good prices, and that is exactly why I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years.
