  Ordered my usual roastbeef, provolone, onion,mayo, oil, and salt and pepper on a Italian cheese bread, the bread was so fresh and my sandwich was DELICIOUS!!!!! Thank you and great service.

  The servers always try their best to get to everyone as fast as possible. I am very disappointed at the behavior of the manager however, I saw him yelling at his employees and even yell "stupid" at them. Its hard enough that it's a busy Saturday by the beach, but im sure yelling won't fix whatever problem there is.

  I was there yesterday morning and the customer service sucks!!!!! The guy who make my sandwiches wasn’t even listening to what I said and keep ignoring me when I asked for the can of soda. Terrible customer service. They need to replace all their staff !!!!!

  Unfortunate customer service experience. The owner refused to provide a small plastic cup for tap water, claiming it costs too much and insisting we buy a bottled drink instead. This significantly drives up the cost of a basic meal. Nearly every other fast-food chain (like McDonald's or Bojangles) provides a water cup as a standard courtesy for paying customers. We shop at the nearby Walmart often and used to eat here regularly, but we won't be returning. It is a poor business decision to lose loyal customers over a plastic cup.
