  I don’t know where the owner finds them, but The UPS Store #5851 (Dorchester Road) shas the kindest employees. They are always smiling, always helpful, and always ready to take care of the next customer. With the rising cost of just about everything, they still go out of their way to help you save money. I’m very thankful to have them so close by. Thank you, The UPS Store #5851, for all the advice and for helping me save a ton of money on shipping supplies and labels for my new online company!

  The staff is the best part of this store. I have a mailbox and I use many of the services. It’s just convenient. Also the location is great.

  I frequent this UPS too often due to my return needs (occasional shipping) and it’s always a pleasant experience! John, the owner is nice and helpful, and I personally love they installed a self service return kiosk. Of course, if I have a lot of things, sometimes I go to the counter. They are happy to assist either way!
