  I do not like the way our society has put so much emphasis on "customer service". I feel it removes honest interaction between people. However, it has been several months since I visited this store. When I arrive this time, I was immediately recognized by Ms. Sophia as a past customer. She was even more kind and helpful than from my last visit. Hard to believe that she is a newer employee as she demonstrated competence and coordiality while maintaining multiple customers. I cannot be more grateful for her help yesterday. Thank you again!

  Christine was incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable. She worked quickly, but took her time addressing my questions and made sure to assure me that my package would be well taken care of!

  I visited to pick up a package and said, “Hi, I’m here to pick up a package for (first and last name).” One employee responded by saying I was “talking in the third person” and that she didn’t understand what I was saying. Another employee then commented, “He must be one of those people who have a different personality today.” I found these remarks unnecessary and unprofessional. My request was straightforward, and instead of simply helping me locate my package, I felt like I was being mocked. The overall interaction left me uncomfortable and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I hope staff are reminded to treat customers with respect and avoid making personal comments.
