They need to hire people who want to work, not someone who always closes down 30 minutes before closing. Are need to change there time on the Google app. This has happened numerous times with the same person.

The service here is horrible. I just started working in the area and frequent other subways from Mt Pleasant to Summerville. The lady, I assume is the owner, was rude. Started my order then started assisting the person behind me. I understand multi tasking but only if you are efficient with it. It did not appear to me that is the cleanest location. I just want to advice to be mindful when visiting this location.

Ordered online delivery today after working all day, wrong food was delivered. Tried to call store to correct this and the lady that answered was rude and HUNG UP on me after saying she was the only person there. So no food, and no refund. Absolute garbage employee!!! I work alone too and I'm not rude to my customers? No excuse for her attitude.

Went and ordered the subs. The lady was rude. Then she threw together the subs without a care at all. Then on a footlong she had 2 slices of cheese and one slice of meet totally like 5 slices of meet on a whole footlong. I asked for more cheese to cover the whole sub and she told me she’d have to charge me as you only get 2 slices per sub for a footlong! Totally disgusting and cutting the meet in half for the whole price of a sub. I walked out. Do not go here.
This location will not give you cups of ice water. I merely asked for a cup with water in it and they said no. They told me that I had to buy a water bottle. Seriously? No thanks.
