  Stopped by Michael Kors today and had an amazing shopping experience! I purchased several items, and the customer service was impeccable. The sales associates went above and beyond to assist every customer even though the store was semi-packed, they made each person feel valued and appreciated. What stood out most was the manager’s hands-on approach she was actively helping customers, checking inventory, and even offered to find my shoe size online to save me the hassle of shopping elsewhere. That level of service made a big difference. I was originally planning to order online, but I’m so glad I made the trip. Every visit to this Tanger location reminds me why I love shopping in-store at Michael Kors. Highly recommend!

  First, the item selection was bland. Second, out of the two associates, neither said a word to me or anyone else in the store. I made eye contact with them several times too. They both looked less than happy to be there. It’s rude to not greet customers. I’m so glad I went to the COACH store right across the way first. (I received excellent, outstanding service at the COACH store - I highly recommend stopping in there). I bought a new bag at the COACH store. Here’s why! I was greeted immediately upon walking in, told about the sales going on and I chatted with the associates up until I left the store. Take notes. A simple greeting/acknowledgment goes a long way. It does ring true when customer service is lacking, people are not going to spend their money. I once worked in retail so I know how it works. The vibe was so negative in MK.
