  I went into the Rivers Ave Advanced Auto Parts location near Target to return the incorrect tail light for the correct one. I walked in and was greeted by two employees. After a brief wait I was assisted by Taurean. He was professional and pleasant however his female co worker was not. As I was being assisted she continuously interrupted asking questions about movies and plans that had nothing to do with work. She scrolled on her phone and ignored the customers that came in after me. She was unprofessional and certainly not customer focused.

  The people seemed to know what they were doing and they are the only store that had the part I needed in stock

  I’ve had to of gone to over 50 different advanced autos in my life. This is the worst customer service and supposedly the part isn’t in stock even though it said it was in stock, that guy probably just couldn’t find it.

  I was just here and had the worst experience. Im a teenage girl and my air intake clamp needs to replaced and was having trouble finding it. The worker rolled his eyes when I was trying to get his attention and was acting like I was inconveniencing him because I didn’t know the size, thinking he would’ve helped me. So I just walked out and took my business elsewhere. Do not recommend coming here.
