  So I stopped by for an air filter cabin, was greeted by Chelsea upon entering the store. She looked up the part, grabbed it from the floor and we were out in just a few minutes. It was a refreshing experience and I’d definitely come back for future car needs. Thanks for being lovely! Y’all rock!

  Stacy, Chelsea and Jayden are awesome. They always help us out, always have a great attitude, and they're fast and reliable. I work with this company 5 days of every work week as a vendor. Today I heard Jayden over the phone (while helping me source a specific part) handling very rude, impatient and generally just not friendly customers (in store and over the phone on other lines) and he continued handling them all with a friendly demeanor and professional responses. This business is not easy, it can be overwhelming but I truly do appreciate the team at this location and everything they do for us every day to help us help our own customers. Please know that the team here is fantastic and despite any complaints anybody else might have, I can say that I've never had a bad experience with them in nearly two years of working with them in a professional manner. Continue the great work, we appreciate everybody from the counter to commercial sales to the drivers. Everybody is fantastic and they deserve to know when they are doing a good/great job as opposed to any negativity they may hear throughout the day from anybody else. The professionalism in spite of terrible customer attitudes/tempers is rare these days and should be properly acknowledged. Thank you, especially to Jayden, Shanna, Stacy and Chelsea! Please know you are all VERY appreciated because you make it possible for me and my employees to do our jobs right!

  Absolutely great experience. In the middle of a military move and our battery quit. Auto Zone down the street said they couldn’t do a replacement due to it being “cold and a little rainy”. Not so with Advance. Chelsea was amazing and got us hooked up with a new battery and terminal. In the cold. And the rain. Advance over Auto Zone all day.

  Always good when you got someone that knows how to run a store ,Batt and alternator for Corvette c6,Thats Chic Chelsea is on point,she ran Mt.p And now fixed that wrecked store on Ashley. She is def a wonderful person and cute of course!! Lol thanks for all ur help
