  I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Subway. I am vegetarian, and I specifically expected my sandwich to be prepared with clean gloves. The employee did not change his gloves, which was extremely upsetting to me because following a vegetarian diet is connected to my religious beliefs. What made the experience even worse was the way the employee spoke to me and my mother-in-law. I politely asked him to stop making comments, but he continued. I ultimately decided not to purchase my sandwich and started to leave. Instead of simply respecting my decision, he said, “Yes, please leave,” which I found extremely rude and disrespectful. I left feeling hurt, uncomfortable, and completely disregarded\. Regardless of someone’s dietary choices, religious beliefs, or background, customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides appropriate training to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and that dietary and religious preferences are handled with care. Honestly, he should be fired, and I’m willing to stop by the place again next week and don’t want to see his face again!

  I went to this Subway today and simply asked the employee if he could change his gloves before making my sandwich because I’m vegetarian. He responded in a rude tone that he already knew because he’s Indian too. I told him that was fine and that I only asked because I hadn’t seen him change his gloves. Instead of just moving on, he responded, “I don’t take orders from you,” and continued making comments while preparing my sandwich, telling me that I “don’t need to show my power.” I was honestly shocked because I had made a very simple and polite request regarding my food. At that point, I was so uncomfortable and upset with how I was being treated that I decided I didn’t want the sandwich and would leave. His response was essentially, “Good, leave and don’t come back.” I have never experienced this level of hostility over such a basic request at a restaurant. Asking an employee to change gloves due to a dietary restriction should not result in an argument or a customer being spoken to this way. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

  The sweet family from India that work there are the absolute best! I’ve only met the husband and wife and daughter, but all 3 of them were super nice and are excellent employees! I go back just to see them sometimes!
