Bought the LG phone Oct 5, 2017 ended up having to paying 120.00 dollars,at no time did the Sales person or the manager explain that I only had 7 days to bring phone back if any issues, phone started having issues of over heating and battery not holding a charge immediately in the first week. STORE OFFERED TO DO NOTHING, called the 800 number and they transferred me from person to person for over 20 minutes, never had the issue resolved never spoke to any agent or Supervisor to take care of me or the DEFECTED phone. So now I have a phone that is DEFECTED and a 50.00 plan that I cant get service out of due to DEFECTED phone!!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, sells DEFECTED PHONES. ANOTHER SAMSUNG EPISODE WITH CRICKET and next there phones will be burning up property and injuring the customers. STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET PEOPLE BAD, BAD all the way around. TOOK MY MONEY AND GOT BAD SERVICE AND A DEFECTED DEVICE. STRAIGHT TALK HERE I COME. IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST WITH OUT A RATING, my STAR IS A MINUS 1 STAR.
