  I'm done with this store. I've sent items from this location often over the past many years Today, for the 3rd time, I was told I'm not in their system. All of my customer information was gone, as well as all of the name/address information for my past send-to recipients. The clerk couldn't have cared less. I took my package and went elsewhere.

  I had a second negative experience with the same employee at The UPS Store on 38th Ave N in Myrtle Beach, and unfortunately the interaction was again dismissive and unhelpful. I was told to “make your screen brighter,” that my Amazon QR code “wasn’t going to work,” and to “come back,” without any meaningful attempt to assist or troubleshoot. When I later called to speak with a supervisor, I overheard the employee say, “it’s that same lady,” before the call was disconnected. I submitted a formal complaint earlier this week and received no response, so I am posting this publicly in hopes that ownership or management addresses these repeated customer service concerns.
