  Went in today for a friend to return some packages from Amazon. The man working the front desk was very rude! I don’t know if he thought he was being sarcastic and funny but it was not. I walked up to the desk and said I would like to make some returns. He said well do you have the QR code. I replied no I’m sorry I was just trying to help out my friend. In the middle of my statement I was cut off and got a five minute lecture on Amazons protocol. I kept my cool and listened as he proceeded to make me feel dumb by saying it’s literally the same way you purchase, you get a code. So to return you have to get a code too. I said ok I will let her know. This man squinted his eyes at me and with a condescending tone said I think she should know that. I then replied well she probably does but wasn’t really thinking about it considering her brother died last night. I’m sorry but you don’t know what state people are walking through that door in. So maybe since his mamma didn’t teach him this yall can. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Not every though you have has to come out bro.

  This store has been awesome. We had so many issues with USPS so went here and bought a box. Love the service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

  Came in with a few returns to make. while I was checking out, a few other customers came in with some returns as well. The employee middle aged man with beard scoffed and complained that everyone came in to do their Amazon returns today and complained that he was going to have to be here “all night” as if it isn’t 4pm.
