    I dont have my sandwiches made the Subway Way, instead, i have it made the "Austin Way" Austin, at the River Oaks location is super kind, friendly and is the hardest and best worker I've seen yet there and or at any location. If he's not there, I'll leave...it's that simple.....why settle for less. Keep up the good work Austin

    I’m not thrilled about the four small scoops of tuna on a foot long and the bun got smaller. I can deal with that. What I can’t deal with and is my breaking point was being charged a $1.10 for an extra “pinch” of shredded cheese on my sandwich. I only asked for more because he only put a sprinkle on It in the first place. I’m in the restaurant business and I know what’s fair and not fair. Subway should be embarrassed for shorting its guests in the first place. I refuse to give you my money again; especially when there’s a better and more rewarding sandwich around the corner at the quagliata brothers Italian deli. I never write negative reviews but you pissed me off this time. I also walked through a cloud of weed smoke as the manager sat in her car talking to some guy. I don’t think she was smoking it and she’s very nice, but as a manager, you should tell that guy to put it out. Especially in front of your restaurant. It looks pretty bad for your business and kids walk through there all the time. I do think the staff is nice, but do better. The end!

    Best Customer Service! Same Lady ( can’t remember her name) always goes over and beyond to make sure my food is fresh and order is right! Thank you!!

    Had a great experience at the subway. I had an issue with an e-gift card and the manager did a great job helping out with that. Appreciate her ownership of that issue. Will return again.
