  The food is always good, my mom used to own a few subways back home and this one is the closest to my house. Food is aways good but the atmosphere is different Everytime. If it’s the kids working there aways super sweet, and kind but the manager today was talking to one kid that was about to clock in. In the lobby infront of me and three other customers. I work in the service industry I know people do stuff they shouldn’t be doing or not doing there jobs like washing the dishes. But it’s also not professional at all to talk to your employee in front of customers like she just did. And talking about what was not prepped and how much they make and hour. Just wrong. It actually was disgusting I felt really bad for this kid.

  Come here 30 minutes after your app says its ready because if you show up when it says its ready you will go in and they will tell you to have a seat because they haven't even started the order yet with only 1 customer there.

  The store was spotless. Only 1 lady working, and she did outstanding. I had the 1/2 sub special.

  I dont have my sandwiches made the Subway Way, instead, i have it made the "Austin Way" Austin, at the River Oaks location is super kind, friendly and is the hardest and best worker I've seen yet there and or at any location. If he's not there, I'll leave...it's that simple.....why settle for less. Keep up the good work Austin
