  Super helpful and friendly staff. There are shipping supplies available if you need to package your item. They were able to print my label with the QR-code for a return. There is plenty of parking, HOWEVER if you don’t like to walk or you have multiple/heavy packages then you will probably get mad as all spots in the front are taken by employees. Pickup has multiple available 15 minute spots at the door and there are plenty of handicap spots available. I have no problem walking so it didn’t bother me.
