  In the past 1.5 years, I've shipped over 1000 packages. Every single one of them were in factory boxes wrapped in thick brown shipping paper w/ FedEx label attached. This morning, I had approximately 10 packages and was in Myrtle Beach so I stopped here to ship. The female worker said that FedEx doesn't take packages wrapped in this brown paper. I told her that I've shipped over 1000 packages in this same paper. She stated that FedEx doesn't take them and that the third party drop off sites shouldn't be taking them either. I then left and had to drive over 8 miles out of the way to another drop-off spot which of course had no problem accepting the packages. The employee is 100% wrong...FedEx's own website states that Ground, Ground Economy, and 2-Day ALL will accept packages in brown paper or pretty much any other type packaging that the shipper uses. Ebay also states that these 3 services can use the shipper's choice of packaging. But because this employee didn't care enough to know her own job, or no one cared enough to train her properly with the correct info, I had to go out of my way to use a location that actually understood FedEx's policies. I won't be using this location again and recommend that others choose somewhere else.

  Went here for the 1st time on Monday May 4th 2026 with my mom. We actually needed to return an amazon package and had to do it through Fed Ex for some reason. But it's okay! good to have options! This place was easy to find as it is in the same area as a Target, and Lowes Home improvement store. easy to find parking as well. Entered, and did have to wait in line for a bit, but there was 2 associates working, and the line seemed to move quickly. It is a big area and store as it has cards, all different boxes and envelopes, plus bubble wrap and small gifts if you need. Associates were pleasant and it was an easy return to amazon using fed ex! Would definitely choose this option again, and do other things here!

  Worst service. Rude staff and lazy as hell. If breathing wasn't involuntary they would suffocate. They are franchise store, and they show it. Sent me to fantasy harbor and fantasy harbor said they could have accepted it.
