Although helpful and friendly, they can’t install batteries on a lot of cars. Only the most basic or older cars and even some of those the computer systems have to be reset and that is the problem. I wish they would get the equipment and training for the newer cars.

GREAT store, I was traveling through Myrtle beach hours from my home state when I realized my alternator was failing, car broke down on my way to the store and I pulled my old one on the side of the road. Jason was extremely helpful in finding the info on which amperage alternator I needed. The team also assisted me in testing my old alternator to confirm that was my issue before I put a new one in it! All in all I had a great experience, all of the employees were extremely pleasant. With their help I was able to get the parts to my car back up and got back on the road
