  Very disappointing customer service. I asked Kory S. for help checking my oil level, and he simply said, “We don’t do that,” without offering any assistance or explanation. I wasn’t asking for free mechanical work or a diagnosis—I already had an appointment with a mechanic the following day and only wanted to make sure I had enough oil to get there safely. I had them used a computer on my car in the past and thats why I came back to this chain. The store was completely empty, so they were not even busy. With so many free automotive services advertised all over the windows, I expected basic courtesy and a little guidance. Unfortunately, that was not the service I received with so many options no reason to go back there.

  I called all the auto part stores looking for a battery for my car they were the cheapest BY FAR I came in they tested it and before we even finished ringing it up a gentleman was already out the door replacing it. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so nice and professional. I had been an emotional wreck and in 10 minutes they turned my day around. I wish I had gotten their names but I was focused on my car. We did bring them donuts and we have found a new auto parts home in Garden City 😍

  The customer service at this location was excellent. They offered wise knowledge and advice as needed. I highly suggest this location do anyone that needs answers to their questions when it has to do with automotive.

  I’ve been shopping at advanced auto parts in murrells inlet for over 10 years now and have been treated with respect! The employees go out of their way to be as helpful and courteous always! I was picking up some items today and just felt compelled to write this review. A customer in front of me was being extremely rude and ignorant to one of the salesman there, and just noticed the review this gentleman left today. Bashing someone with a false review and possibly causing hardship is wrong thing to do. The advanced auto employee did a nothing wrong , if anything he was trying to be as nice as he possibly could consider the way this customer was disrespecting him.
