    Zac and his manager were exceptionally helpful in doing a complex notarized task. This UPS store employees work exceptionally well under stress and handle a large volume od customers without ever rushing.

    Zac Mercauto was given a very hard time by a customer and Zach was extremely professional, courteous and friendly to this customer who should be banned from coming back to the store. I was also shipping a package and I was extremely impressed with how Zach performed. Thank you so much.
