  I needed a new battery with installation. JW was so meticulous with placing my new battery in and cleaning the old “crud” off my caps. He seemed so prideful to help. He was actually calming to watch. Thank you JW for a great experience! I hope you enjoyed some time off for today’s holiday :).

  Incredible service and awesome caring people are hard to find in the automotive parts retail world. But let me tell you about a young man that works the counter a the Mount Pleasant location 1677 Hwy 17. His name is Pat and he cares about his customers as well as the money they spend. I've been in the store to purchase and sometimes just to ask a question. It's always the same, he's there to help me figure it out! Great job Pat!   I stopped by my local O’Reilly Auto Parts here in Charleston, SC, and the service was top-notch—especially considering how chilly it was outside! Big shoutout to two awesome employees, Ben and Wyatt. They were super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to help us find exactly what we needed, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was right before we left. No rushing us out the door, just genuine great customer service even in the cold weather. Ben and Wyatt really went above and beyond and turned what could have been a quick errand into a pleasant experience. It’s refreshing to see team members who care that much about helping customers. Thanks again, Ben and Wyatt—you guys are the best! I’ll definitely be back to this store and recommending it to friends and family in the Charleston area.
