First of all the guy made me wait like 15 minutes without even recognizing me because he was handling the The drive-thru I asked him if he took the coupons but instead he ignored me. When he finally got around to me he told me he not only does he take the coupons but no one else does too. He's the first Subway I've gone to in South Carolina that didn't. Don't go here.

They don’t accept coupons and said that subway doesn’t pay for any discounts and store owners who pay for all those discounts. As a business owner we understand the struggle that business owner go through and how greedy big corporate is. We still ate at this location and we had best food and best customer service

Friendly staff clean restaurant and food is always good and fresh I had cheese steak sandwiche it was awesome
Not Good --- Terrible experience - now I know why the parking lot is always empty, with all the other sub shops within a mile radius you would think customer service would be top-notch to maintain repeat business - walked in with a Subway coupon I got in the mail, I live in Mauldin - this is the only Mauldin Subway, they made my entire sandwich ready to check out and said sorry we can't accept your coupon - it has a QR code directly from Subway, but they said they can't accept it and wouldn't even offer a solution - I walked out without lunch, rather than making it work out they tossed the sandwich and I left upset - what type of business decision is that - throw away the food, lose food cost dollars, make no money and lose a customer - the place was also dirty, the floor was sticky and the lettuce was brown -- I highly recommend going to Jimmy Johns / Firehouse / Jersey Mikes or Sully Steamers - all of which are basically right across the street...many other options, skip this one, too many choices in the area to leave frustrated and be treated this way - why toss the food and take no sales for the register - really poor decision-making in my opinion.

Male server at drive thru very disrespectful and racist towards me at today visit. My sandwich was thrown together. When I called him back to the window to notify of my compliant “1st interaction “ he slammed the window door in my face 3 times. I’m not sure if he was already upset about something, but that was my very first conversation.
I notified him my bread was cold so theirs no way the bread was toasted and cheese not visible, he stated the cheese melted during roasting process. If the warmer was that hot to melt the cheese tbe bread should have been warm and crispy. I asked for a refund my money was thrown at me and he told me I am not allowed to return back to subway because of my request for refund for poor service and quality of food. I do have a video of needed and vulgar comment made .
