  had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to John. From the moment I walked in, he was genuinely friendly—something you honestly don’t expect walking into an auto parts store. No attitude, no rush, just immediately helpful and engaged. He came right out, tested my battery on the spot, explained what was going on, and handled everything quickly and professionally. What stood out most was how easy he made the whole process. He communicated clearly, didn’t waste time, and you could tell he actually cared about helping—not just getting through another customer. In a short interaction, he built real trust, which is rare. This is the kind of customer service that makes you come back to a specific location. John operates at a high level and represents what great service should look like. He absolutely deserves recognition—and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up running a store.

  I called in before I left and asked if I bought new headlights there would they replace it? The man said yes, but, when I actually bought them they said no they couldn't. The guy was nice helping me pick them out but I don't know how to change them out.
