Quite literally the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced! Not sure who the older lady was because there’s no name on the receipt but I will cancel my order next time if she’s there 😊

Do not order through the app, they will mess up the order, short you on toppings. Go in person and watch them so they won't short you outta what you've paid for. The workers have zero attention to detail, or just too lazy to read the order. From the looks of the other reviews here, this is nothing new, obviously the manager is incompetent, and the owner does not care for repeat business.

Yeri and autumn had the best customer service I've ever gotten at this subway. Yeri makes a MEAN sandwich, give this girl a raise 👏😁

Food is rarely right, sandwiches are sloppy until the bread is mushy. My sandwiches were fixed and I was at the drive thru which always takes forever and a day; my sandwiches set on the counter by the register while the other two ladies made 2 people’s orders that were walk-in customers in which had walked in while I was setting at the drive thru window waiting on my order! So I had to wait on these orders before I could get my order which was setting there getting cold and turning to mush! Pissed! Sorry sorry service! I swear no common sense and just plain sorry! I hope they shut it down!
