Here at 9:15 and the police haven’t opened the store supposed to be open at nine and then they’re staying behind the counters just staring at me laughing. Don’t go to this place employees are rude and never open on time.

Jordan S. I am not happy with you right now. I told you this light is a 30 minute job minimum. Not a simple plug and play. You laughed. Typed in my vehicle in your little computer. You grabbed the bulbs from the shelf. Now I am cursing your name, trying to place this lamp plug back in. I have to come back, as either your typing, listening, or reading skills are sub par.

I called the store three times in a 4 hour time frame. The same man answered the phone all three times. He immediately put me on hold and never returned. I held for 10 to 15 minutes. I needed to know if they carry a certain fuel filter. I will have to go to Napa on Monday!

It's actually O'Reilly's now and the people there are wonderful, very helpful and patient and honest. They were really there for me during a stressful car issue. I will always go to this location and recommend them to anyone!
