  It's actually O'Reilly's now and the people there are wonderful, very helpful and patient and honest. They were really there for me during a stressful car issue. I will always go to this location and recommend them to anyone!

  The people that work there are very rude. Had a problem with bringing back some parts that I purchased from a advanced in a nearby town. Had the receipt. The so-called manager asked me to call Conway. The man that sold me the parts was actually there spoke to him he verified everything I bought. Paid with cash. The young rude boy from loris stated he didn't feel comfortable. And then told me I was an a******. Luckily I have it recorded I'm waiting for a manager to call me I'm going to listen to it see if that's how they want to treat their customers he stayed at the receipt stated it was not valid but then in the recording he told me it wasn't valid because it ripped and because it was showing up in the computer something different but the guy from Conway are very nice person advised him that he could do it manually and refund my money but he'd rather me waste gas and drive back to Conway.
