  My experience at this Wing Stop location was quite pleasant. I placed my order online, and upon arriving a few minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, I had the opportunity to observe the interactions of one particular employee. A young gentleman with locs demonstrated exceptional politeness and professionalism while handling both phone orders and in-person transactions at the register. He also readily assisted his colleagues in preparing orders, even during a busy period. Despite the rush, my food was prepared and ready precisely on time. I truly appreciate excellent service delivered with smile. 😉

  I’m very happy with my online orders. They made it very easy to use ordering. I really enjoy the boneless chicken plain but we have been trying different seasonings. The fries are my favorite they’re seasoned perfectly. The staff are always nice and attentive. I’ll keep ordering from this location. Thank you !

  From out of town and stopped on a Sunday afternoon for some wings. My order was taken and I paid then took a seat. The music in the store (urban) was way too loud. It was annoying. There were four plus size ladies before me who had ordered enough food for a large group of people. My meal arrived in 13 minutes which I thought was pretty good considering the plus size ladies had ordered so much. After getting their food the ladies obviously were not happy with portions and the lack of fries. The employees handled it well and had more patience than I would have had. My food arrived and it was pretty good. Wings were perfect and the fries were very hot. The floors of the restaurant were clean but there was sitting water near soda machine. Bathroom was clean.

  I must say Ty & Appleton on 3/28/26 11:30pm was on point with the food it was cooked correctly "for once" normally my orders would be wrong chicken chewy, sauce barley covering the wings, Cajun corn cold with very little Cajun seasoning I believe that these two guys have did their job correctly and serve the company well and do believe they deserve nothing but good benefits. Especially by working on a weekend that most people wouldn't do especially ever since after covid nobody wants to work on the weekend everybody would love to be home with their family I give these two guys two hands down. And of course the company for having these two guys working for them. They need a raise 💲💲💲💲
