  I've used this store many times and always had a great experience, that was until I met your pink-haired shift leader today. I get it, everyone has off days and the store was busy, but that is absolutely no excuse for her lack of attention or care. The shining start of my experience today was having to give up my spot in line because she STARTED to help this other customer, and then just completely forgot about her halfway through the transaction and moved on to the next person in line. When my turn came she was very clearly distracted and seemed a bit dazed, but I told her what I wanted (a single image printed at 4x6 photo size, in a thicker paper) and she had me email her the picture as usual and I saw no issue... for all of 3 seconds. Because she saw my image pull up in landscape format, immediately put in the dimensions to make it a 4×6 in portrait orientation, and then stopped like she had no idea what she did wrong or why it was distorted now. I had to tell her to swap the numbers in the height and width inputs. Then came time to pay, which took far longer than the 30-60 seconds it should have because she decided to pause to take what sounded like at least a partially personal phone call, and I realized that this one 4×6 image was going to cost me almost the exact same as the 50 business cards I got here a month ago. That's WILD but still it's only $3 so whatever. Except I pay, go to pick up my image and not only is it NOT on a thicker paper like I asked, but I was also informed that apparently having it cut to size would cost me another $2! How does cutting ONE image cost $2 when cutting 50 business cards was free??? That is insanity. I would have said something in store but the store was incredibly busy and she honestly did not appear conscious enough to understand if I'd tried, so I just left. I can guarantee that if I need anything else printed, but walk in and see her at the counter, I will be turning around to go elsewhere!

  Always inefficient. Used to go here to have my labels printed for shipping but now they’re “not allowed to use the label printers” and charged $3 to print full sheet 8.5x11 labels that were bigger than the packages I was shipping - then had an attitude when I asked why they couldn’t print them the proper size.

  Went into ship some stuff overnight, couldn't even use our corporate account. This is the first time I've ever encountered this at a UPS store.
