  Everytime we go in there "grandma" has an attitude. Doesn't want to acknowledge you're there and complains about having to make your sandwich. When shes finally done making your food, she makes sure you know that tipping is expected... Ive been frequenting this subway for 15 years but will definitely drive to the one in Red Bank from now on.

  I hate to complain, and this is my first ever negative review so you know this is serious. I love subway but this location is THE WORST. Only go to this subway if you are cool with getting a bunch of attitude for simply walking in and eating a messed up sandwich because thats what they’ll take their anger out on. Today I asked for a BMT with no pepperoni extra salami and saw that the lady behind the counter was adding salami so I said “sorry but could you take off the pepperoni” she said “I know what I’m doing” and kept it as it was. I’m allergic to the red peppers in pepperonis BTW so it’s kinda important that it’s not on my sandwich. If the owner of this place is reading this, I want you to know it’s not an every time thing, It only happens when the lady who goes by “grandma” is behind the counter. I hate to get someone in trouble but it really is always her doing these things and it makes me regret eating there every time:(

  Ordered on line over an hour ahead and my order wasn't even started when I got there an hour later. This is my 2nd time eating here a week apart. Both times they were out of tomatoes. Thought the first time was a fluke. Nope same excuse for no tomatoes as last week. Our truck was late getting here. Here is an idea, order more tomatoes every week to last you through. Older taller lady was very rude. It will be my last visit.

  The bathrooms are as nasty as possible. If the bathrooms are severely nasty, you can bet the kitchen is nasty. This place needs to be shut down for a days cleaning.

  I visit about 4 times a week. I recently met the new manager, Jessica. She greets everyone with a smile and gets you in and out as fast as anyone I've been served by at a Subway. She's amazing all the way around. Seems this week she is working alone but no matter how many people she has in front of her she makes sure to make each feel welcomed! You go Jessica!!!!!
