  They send emails you can't reply to. Any info they send to you, you have to have a password to review. Tired of dealing with these folks. We have moved all of our policies to State Farm that have agents that call and communicate directly, plus we saved $600! We had assumed going with an Insurance, with an agent, we could avoid doing everything on line. Not with all state, not sure why they have an agent. I guess just charge higher fees....Allstate doesn't even send insurance cards for your car. We asked multiple times ...

  While there are many people worth mentioning, including the primary agent of Adam himself, I want to give us a shout out to Liz Stood in the gap for me while Adam was out. Primarily made her stand out, was her efficiency. She handled my situation within minutes. In fact, it might’ve been within under a minute, so even better. Thank you Liz!
