  Very poor customer service. Delivery driver didn’t deliver package even though signed form was on door with instructions, per FedEx’s website. Driver needs to be instructed on what to do. Then calling customer service takes 20-30 minutes to talk with someone who isn’t local. What a mess.

  I wish I could give zero stars. Also worst customer service ever on my lunch break. Made me wait 20 minutes just to return a package. I have been in and out in two minutes. Customer service is horrible. The management Jason is horrible. The help Red is horrible. They should shut that mess down that was horrible. Even the lady they didn’t know what he was doing. Wasting my whole lunch break just returning a Walmart package horrible place to go stay away please
