  Way too many phone calls,even in Church on Sunday If you call once and leave a text message,that’s enough. I don’t need you filling up my mailbox with repetitive calls

  Very poor customer service. Delivery driver didn’t deliver package even though signed form was on door with instructions, per FedEx’s website. Driver needs to be instructed on what to do. Then calling customer service takes 20-30 minutes to talk with someone who isn’t local. What a mess.
