  We have FedEx packages to drop off almost daily and it is always a pleasure to work with the staff at this location. I am aware of the 1-2 lunch break so I carefully schedule my arrival time. Doug and Missy are fantastic!

  This location is rarely open during its posted business hours. Frustrating to say the least. We give up and will drive 10mins out of the way for a location that is reliable.

  Deducting 3 stars for rudeness and lack of manners. Deducting another star for being closed in the middle of the day. I wasted a half hour waiting for the lady in charge to come back from lunch. She finally opened the door at 2:10pm, even though she knew I was outside waiting. Didn't apologize for making me wait. Absolutely cold, unfriendly, and completely lacking in basic customer service etiquette.

  Young woman was very rude when I asked her a simple question regarding where my package would be returned to on if it would be sent to my house or to the store when I asked if my package would be sent to my house she said NOOOOOOO and then rolled her eyes at me .
